Compliments and Complaints

In the service charge form, there is a tab to enter the customers' feedback like compliments and complaints. Those entered compliments and complaints are later reported according to the department. The departments about the compliments or complaints are defined separately.

Compliments and complaints reporting will be documented in a future documentation release.
